THE RETURN *Christmas Special* BOOK OF WONDERLAND PART 1

*Disclaimer: Intentionally supposed to posted this on Christmas, but got busy and tired after I got home. Still gonna call it a Christmas special though*

THE RETURN
(Temporarily)

I'm back, I'm back. Yes I'm back. School is on Holiday stop right now so i have time to post. sort of. Since i am one lazy ball of a person, I'm writing this last minute. Literally last minute cause I was supposed o post this on Christmas but I got lazy and tired and now I'm posting it in the morning of Boxing Day. On the topic of Boxing Day, this post is what its kind of about.

So, I have some explaining to do.
Back in the Halloween time, I was supposed to post the Book of Wonderland Series. Well, school caught me and so did laziness and tiredness which lead to today. I was stuck on finishing one of the characters and so i left it till now. I have finally completed that one character so...

For the following week I will be posting the Books(characters)three per day until the end of this weekend!!!

Nuit Blanche, Toronto

October 4, 2014 was a show on the streets presented by Scotiabank. Downtown Toronto, Ontario was the light of the night.

5:00pm
So yeah, since I don't live downtown we (my family and I) took the subway. It's not much of an exciting journey but hey, I rarely take the subway so it's always a journey for me.

6:00 pm
So we arrived pretty early and we were hungry so we decided to eat at Eaton Centre (large shopping mall for those wondering).

8:30 pm

As we were walking on the streets (streets closed for today) we heard music and stumbled on this 'corner store'. 8-Eleven. Should I say anymore. My mom was wondering where everyone went after they went in as no one came out. Since the line was short we decided to go in too. As we expected it was a show on art. If I remember correctly the creator decided to rent the corner store and make it his own fun. When it was over, we left through the alleyway. So that's where everyone went.

8:44pm
Made in china                                                                        Walkin' on the red carpet flag at Fort York

Between The Doors
It was like a rating on who chose what most. With different doors representing different choices in life. As you enter one, there are even more. I wanted to go try but the line was too long and the wait would probably be long too. >>>

What the WTF is that?!?
Gigantic Kaleidoscope

9:47 pm
Tim Horton's Hot chocolate anyone? Its cold outside.
(no pic sorry, just wanted to be warm)

10pm
And so the night ends for us.

How School Feels (Entry #1)

September 14 , 2014
SUNDAY

Hello people.
how's your day?
Mines has been okay. Since school has been going on these past weeks I've been slightly busy. During other days I'm too lazy to just go on my computer to type, so, sorry.
Anyways if I get bored and I feel like typing and I don't have anything to to type I decided that I'll just make something like journal entries, so at least I'll be posting for you guys.

Anyways school has been going great for me. Since its still the beginning, nothing much has happened so far. A few new friends, bits and pieces of new stuff to learn, food, and the joy of old friends. I missed my friends a lot since I was bored during the summer. Now that I get to see them again, I'm not as bored as I was before. old laughs, fun adventures, and interesting stories. Since this is a journal entry and I get to write whatever I want (kind of), I did, and I don't have much to write about anymore. so that's it.

See you guys next time, either on another entry or another post about something.

Remedies for the Sick (Not but posting anyways)

On Mondays I usually post about Korean stuff but guess what, I'm sick.

By sick I mean coughing up hell. I don't have a fever nor am I cold cause I'm not experiencing any of the signs that I have one. But this has gone on for TOO LONG. I've been like this since a week ago (disclaimer: this was written on August 3). It first started off as a sore throat, but now its just coughing like there's no tomorrow.
Now I come from an Asian family, so what they know, gets past down. I have been having the usually hot water and cough syrup, with a couple of Asian pills here and there, but they are not helping. Some proof would be that I have experience what I believe to be 'being drunk' twice already in a week, one of the days having drank 3 spoons of cough syrup and two different pills (If being a bit drowsy where my balance and focus is off is not being drunk, then I'm not sure. I have never drank before so that also makes me unsure).

So, today I decided to check up some remedies for a sore throat( I'm pretty sure that's what I have). Looking through pages, I saw the usually things I know that help, but then i saw something that made me question and made me go 'Really?'. Now I have never heard about this working but if it does, thank you Internet.

MARSHMALLOWS
---------------------------------------
Now this, is new to me.
marshmallows, for sore throat?
I hope this works.
(if you are wondering about the cup-yes I'm using a glass cup- it is a Coca-Cola glass cup. It ain't official ok. I got it from a dollar store. It looked cool. Also I only had small marshmallows on hand.-Made rice krispies previously but had extra-)

I'll check back later if there is an improvement (aka when I'm done with the marshmallow cup).

August 7, 2014

OK, so it has been a few days and my voice has definitely gotten better. I only cough a little bit now so that's good.
As for the Marshmallows...no. So i haven't actually finished the cup. It's about half way there but yeah it didn't work. I guess it really depends on the kind of sickness or the type of person so, if you're like me(not sure what I mean, but I guess have a sore throat) it's not gonna work. Coughed all night to be exact.

Well plan failed. Anyways it gave me a lesson. If I or someone else has a sore throat, no marshmallows.

The Long Return of Season 2: SAO

Aahh, SAO (or Sword Art Online for those who don't know). One of the many animes that people hated and people loved. It was a big debate whether it was good or bad. I for one loved it, be it the artwork, the story line, or the characters. From the many reviews I've seen, it seemed like it didn't deserve it's hype. But for me I had already know about it before the announcement for it's anime or the release of the first episode(cough...yeah I missed the release date and watched it the next day). So right from the get go I had already loved it as I had already started reading the book.

So a slight explanation for those who don't know:
Sword Art Online is about a virtual reality game created by Kayaba Akihiko in the year 2022 for the newly created Nerve Gear helmet to simulate the brain in to a virtual reality. In the story, one day suddenly the players can not log out of the game and they are trapped. They are informed by Kayaba Akihiko that they must get to the 100th floor in the game and defeat the final boss. The twist is that if they die in the game, they die in real life. We follow our protagonist, Kirito as he ventures on to reach the 100th floor, and meets friends and companions along the way.
And in the game their avatars end up becoming what they look like...so cute girls -> fat nerds(not being mean here, that's in the animations for some of the players).

And So the story continues on in Season 2.

Since some of you guys don't know about this, I am not going to spoil it for you. What I can say is that Sword Art Online is the anime series from a book, so it follows the storyline of it (book's by Kawahara Reki by the way). What I can say is that no, they aren't still trapped in the game, and for season 2 we still follow Kirito, or Kirigawa Kazuto(Kirito is but a username) but this time he is in another game with a new mission. So far I am enjoying the anime as it continues on, and I hope you guys can like it too.

My K-pop Appreciation

So from what we all have established  from now is that I like K-pop, and I guess Korean dramas too (coughcoughMyLoveFromAnotherStarcoughcough).

So my way of dedicating is of course lip syncing and singing really badly from time to time.

But my main dedication is learning the dances, as I do quite enjoy the dances they come out with. When I first started to want to dance and practise their dances, of course I didn't know what to do. So I started by watching dance tutorials. Now I rarely watch videos for dances...aside from really difficult ones. So I just did some random searching on Youtube, and I came upon a Kara dance tutorial. The song was Step by Kara performed and taught by ChunActive.
(Yeah, body wise...I ain't that good. As well as my dancing skills.)

Anyways, continue on. I experimented on many dances, having MVs, dance practises, and covers as my material of use. I experimented on Infinite songs, Miss A songs(still am) , Sistar songs(and still am), and T-ara songs. Nowadays I have been practising with Girl's day, Orange Caramel, Nine Muses and a few songs from artists/idols here and there. Some of you might question why I don't do many boy... dances (I guess I'll call them that), well 1. there aren't many I like and 2. I don't have as much energy or flexibility to do those moves nor enough speed. (technically #2 is an excuse but, eh). But like I said previously, I do still watch dance tutorials, like for Xia's Incredible(thanks DarrenTP).
Well dancing is good for the body, not that I do it for that, either way it's quite fun to know these dances. I hope to do more over the years... and not actually be embarrassed to show them to people. My goal is to be involved in a K-pop flash mob cause they seem fun. But first I'll have to find a group that's not in my area cause I'm not sure who likes K-pop around here as much as I do. Join me on my excruciating journey of learning dances.

Fashion: Skater Skirts

Sorry for not posting on Wednesday, I didn't have much too talk about regarding anime and manga
It was from being to lazy and having nothing prepared.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fashion
Yes, I am back for more talk about fashion. And yes its a Saturday but who cares. Either way sorry for a late post.

So for today's talk, I'll be featuring another piece of fashion that a lot of you might be familiar with to this day.

Skater Skirts
--------------------------------------------
Skater skirts give that swing vibe as it is made for that, and since it is a skirt it is quite suitable for the summer.
Ranging from many designs and materials, it is perfect to match with any kind of top.
Personally for me I would go for a toned top to give the skirt more attention, while the top still has intricate designs.

That is all I have for today, I see you guys next next week (as per the every other week schedule).
